Abhishek Bachchan: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan looks stunning in 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'

Actor Abhishek Bachchan finds his wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan 'stunning' in her latest Bollywood release 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'.

"Unfortunately I haven't seen the film yet because I have been travelling with my football team. I will be seeing it in the coming week," Abhishek, one of the owners of the Indian Super League football franchise Chennaiyin FC, said here on the sidelines of an event on Friday.

"I have seen the scratches of the film and kept seeing when it was under production. I think she is looking stunning. Also, I am very happy for Karan Johar and the entire team. I wish them all the very best," he added.

Abhishek was attending a fashion show by designer duo Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla to cheer his sister Shweta Nanda who was the showstopper.

The 40-year-old actor also praised the designers, saying they are his favourite. The event also saw the presence of megastar Amitabh Bachchan and his wife Jaya.

Los Angeles: "Every damn time," tweeted Shah Rukh Khan this morning after he was detained at an airport in the US for the third time in seven years. He was considerably calmer when America's envoy to India tweeted an apology later, commenting that he was "not expecting to be above protocol."

This time, the 50-year-old was detained at the Los Angeles airport. A man with the same name is on a US no-fly list of 80,000 people.

Mr Khan, one of the most successful stars in the Hindi film industry, has been held back at the New York and New Jersey airports before.

American officials tell NDTV that during immigration checks, what pops up is a name without any other detail to help draw a distinction.

In April 2012, Mr Khan was held back at the airport in New York on a visit to address students at Yale University. After arriving two hours late at Yale, he joked during his address: "Whenever I start feeling too arrogant about myself I take a trip to America."

Others travelling with Mr Khan, including industrialist Mukesh Ambani's wife Nita Ambani, had been cleared immediately.

As New Delhi reacted strongly to the star being detained, the US Customs and Border Protection wrote to India's New York Mission expressing "profound apologies".

Earlier this year, the actor had said in an interview that he hoped this would stop, since his namesake had been removed from the no-fly list.

In 2009 too, the actor was stopped at the Newark airport because his name came up on a computer alert list.

Numerous celebrities from the film industry attended a screening of superstar Salman Khan's new movie 'Sultan'.

Actors Anupam Kher, Himesh Reshmammiya, Elli Avram, Daisy Shah, Nikhil Dwivedi were spotted arriving at the Yash Raj studios here. Filmmakers Subhash Ghai, David Dhawan, Siddharth Roy Kapur, Divya Kumar Khosla were spotted.

Actor Randeep Hooda, who plays Salman's mixed martial arts coach in the film, was also present.

Salman's rumoured Romanian girlfriend Iulia Vantur, whose appearances recently had sparked reports of their marriage recently, was also present.
